Our Story
At Hoof to Heart - VETS, our mission is to provide safe and enjoyable unmounted experiences for of all levels. We strive to create a welcoming environment where handlers can develop their skills, build confidence, and form lasting connections with horses.
What is EFL
Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) is an experiential learning method that involves engaging with horses to promote personal growth, healing, and learning. It combines reflective and active experiences with coaching and creative activities, leading to profound healing and transformation. Participants are encouraged to observe and interact with horses, which helps them challenge their assumptions and improve their self-esteem and confidence. Overall, EFL utilizes the innate qualities of horses to facilitate deep personal insights and development.
